Job Description:

Hiring Immediately, Customer Service Representative.  Full and Part time positions available.

Chapman Auto Group is looking for motivated members to join us in helping create the best customer vehicle ownership experience in the region for our customers.  Our Customer Care Team Members help customers schedule all their vehicle service needs and help remind them when its time to bring their vehicle into our facilities.  We use state of the art technology to contact customers via text and email.   If you like to stay busy, enjoy a fast pace environment and helping customers this is the position for you. Flexible work schedules and $13-$19 per hour. REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive  experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position. Professional  training will be provided. Those with experience in call center, telemarketing, and customer service are highly encouraged to apply. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, high energy positive attitude, and strong communication skills.  We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

  • Answer service appointment requests via email, phone, or text and schedule appointments
  • Confirm first service appointments for clients with a recent purchase
  • Contact customers according to service needed schedules and proactively ask for appointments
  • Use our customer relation software to follow up with clients and sure satisfaction after each service
  • Assit the Service Manager and Central BDC Manager as requested
  • Conduct business in an ethical, and honest fashion with integrity.
